Eligibility, accounts, and service purpose
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use SpotMyTell. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account.
SpotMyTell provides poker study, review, organization, and educational tools. Analysis is probabilistic, may be incomplete or wrong, and is not a guarantee of results. You remain responsible for poker, financial, legal, and compliance decisions.
You must follow the rules of any poker room, tournament, streaming platform, or other third-party service you use. Do not use SpotMyTell where real-time assistance, automated decision support, data collection, or similar tools are prohibited.
Subscriptions, credits, and purchases
Prices, included usage, overage credits, and one-time products are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. You can manage or cancel an eligible subscription through the billing portal; cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Usage credits and included allowances are measured according to the feature rules shown in the product. Credits are not cash, are not transferable, and may expire or be limited as disclosed at purchase. We may correct duplicate grants, duplicate charges, or obvious accounting errors.
Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, completed charges and partially used subscription periods are nonrefundable. Taxes and third-party fees may apply. Chargebacks or payment failure may suspend paid access while the issue is resolved.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SpotMyTell a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, format, and create analysis from that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit videos, stream links, hand histories, names, notes, and other material. Do not upload unlawful content, private communications without authorization, malware, or material that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or platform rights.
Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation. Public player information and generated pattern summaries may combine lawful public sources, licensed material, user-submitted evidence, and analysis. Contact support to report an identity, attribution, or rights concern.
Acceptable use
- Do not access another person's account, evade access controls, probe private systems, or interfere with service operation.
- Do not scrape, resell, republish, or build a competing database from protected SpotMyTell content except with written permission.
- Do not use the service to harass, defame, threaten, discriminate against, or unlawfully profile another person.
- Do not automate requests in a way that exceeds documented limits or creates unreasonable load.
- Do not use AI output as verified fact without checking the underlying evidence.
We may investigate violations, remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate access. We will use reasonable judgment and may provide notice when circumstances permit.
SpotMyTell property and third-party services
The service, software, interfaces, branding, curated database structure, and protected analysis are owned by SpotMyTell or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal or internal business poker-study purposes.
Third-party services such as Stripe, Google, Apple, Cloudflare, video platforms, and AI providers have their own terms and availability. SpotMyTell is not responsible for third-party services and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any poker room or streaming platform unless expressly stated.
Service availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of any player profile or third-party link, or the accuracy, legality, or profitability of analysis or AI output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpotMyTell and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, gambling losses, or business interruption arising from the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid SpotMyTell during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so those exclusions may not apply to you.
Changes, termination, and disputes
We may modify the service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date and additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after an effective change means you accept the revised Terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms.
Before filing a formal claim, contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Applicable law may give you rights that these Terms cannot limit.
